I have to watch Returns again, but I keep thinking she remembered sleeping with him, even if she "forgot" the big secret.Tom Bonduranthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07209820912557263080noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7629130.post-47851240855424766622007-03-10T15:41:00.000-05:002007-03-10T15:41:00.000-05:00I think the Lois/Bruce relationship was played for...I think the Lois/Bruce relationship was played for laughs... Of course, like the Lois/Ollie relationship on Smallville started.

Why does everybody keep forgetting that Lois had her memory taken away by SuperKiss and doesn't remember sleeping with Superman?

It's annoying, because with the dishwater Lois in Superman: Returns you can easily forget that she should be puzzled and a little angry that Superman left, but she really doesn't know to be angry at him for another reason.ComicBookGoddesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01972671566599447047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7629130.post-10942245180752522792007-03-10T15:33:00.000-05:002007-03-10T15:33:00.000-05:00Great post :DI rly liked it :] It was well though...Great post :D

I rly liked it :] It was well thought out and well written! :3

I also rly liked the Lois/Bruce relationship in the Animated Series and I was sad when it ended so abruptly D:

I also agree with you that it's better to have Superman be the disguise than Clark. :O

Lois and Clark is one of my favourite takes on the subject, and I rly enjoyed how comfortable Clark was being the big hero and the centre of attention all the time :D Also, I think it makes him more likeable and relatable to heroes that he's a regular person with this extraordinary heritage and these powers that he uses to help ppl b/c he's a good person. Rather than the other take which usually makes him a messianic figure sent from above, with a mission from his father to help ppl on Earth, and he sees himself as an alien, and us as his pets to take care of. :\

Also it's less demeaning to everybody around him b/c then you understand the reason he's hiding isn't cuz he's HIDING, but that Clark is who he is and who he PREFERS to be, and that he just doesn't see the need to reveal his "side job" and have everybody treat him differently. :) It also makes the Lois/Clark/Superman triangle better. XD

In the old days, Clark WAS Superman (and Clark was the disguise), Lois liked Superman, but Clark irrationally wanted Lois to like Clark. XD Nowadays that want isn't irrational b/c Clark isn't the disguise nemore :D

Neways... sorry for the ramble! ^_^;;; Great post :DAmi Angelwingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07263018434610100226noreply@blogger.com
